The Paradox 2.5-layer system is created by adding a waterproof and breathable coating to a high-performance protective fabric. The raised pattern makes the 2.5-layer fabric light and compressible, while still protecting the waterproof barrier. Treated with a water repellent finish, it is rainwear's first line of defense against precipitation. This fabric construction blocks wind and water on the outside, protecting you from the elements and keeping you dry and comfortable.
